Why you are applying: (Why do you think you would be suitable for a Staff Member position, How will you benefit Bleach Eternity Jupiter?)
Staff Experience: (If you have any)
Game Experience: (How long have you been playing? Level? Have you played in other BE servers? If so, How long did you play and what level are you in that server?)
Development: (Are you able to do something like coding, iconing, mapping,... or not?)
This will be read by a Staff member and he/she will contact you on whether your Staff Application Form has been successful.
