Most of the arrows and skill are up-gradable but doing so is pretty useless since upgrading them pretty much does nothing or become useless with final form. So I would just like to suggest a list of possible increases to each.
Spread arrow: Initially just a 3 arrow shot and as leveled it will begin to fire in more directions.
Paralyze arrow: Will send one extra arrow out to home in on a enemy per level. (I honestly don't really see this as necessary)
Burst arrow: Knocks back surrounding enemies and will continuously spread damage to new enemies so long as there is another nearby ( good for mobs I guess ).
Marksman: This skill becomes useless with final form so I just wanted to suggest that it instead of increases the distance charging speed would allow arrows to travel faster or farther.
Energy Creation: Same problem as marksman, so I would suggest having it function as a damage booster or act as a charge shot skill (If a arrow has not been fired within 5 seconds of the bow being held it will become an even stronger arrow, this would be useful for both final form and non-final form).
Selfless distraction: I found it pretty useless to JUST draw them to you, so instead it still brings them you but only to a certain distance and will scare enemies that are close to you away from you. This would be more useful for a quincy since they need to maintain a distance. ( also suggesting renaming the skill to Mocking Presence ).
