Rules List
*Warning* : These rules may be subject to change, but these are the current rules.
1:
OOC is for English
only. No other language is to be spoken, if you are caught, then you will be given a warning, if you ignore this warning, then you will receive a mute. If you then carry on despite being warned and muted, you will receive a longer mute. However if you are aware of the rules, you will be muted once you broke the rule.
2.
Arguments are not allowed! If you have a problem with another player please take it to PM. If you have been told by staff to take it to PM and you failed to do so you will be muted
2.1. Don't use
Homophobic,
Racist or
Sexist language. If this is seen by a staff member you will be muted without warning. If it is continued you will receive a harsher punishment
2.2. If a player is being offensive to another person views or religions they will be muted and if carried on, a harsher punishment will be enforced.
2.3.Consistantly annoyinig other players, will not be tolerated. Anything seen by staff will result in a temporary mute. If it is continued afterwards, a longer mute may be required.
3: Disrespect towards Staff Members is
unacceptable. Punishment will be a mute. However if a staff member is to be disrespecting a player, a higher ranked staff member will punish them!
4: Spam of any kind (Flooding, over-exaggeration for example "
Nooooooooooo!" instead of "No!", and anything else seen as spam). If you are caught doing this, then it will be an instant mute, if carried on, you will be booted.
5: Anyone
abusing a bug to their gain will be
booted,
jailed and possibly
banned if they continue exploiting the bug.
6: No links to
indecent websites. Websites like
Youtube is allowed. Punishment is a mute.
7: No Afk Training, you will be jailed. Jail time increasing for each time you persist on breaking this rule.

8: Do not avoid punishment given to you by the staff. If you succeed to do this harder punishment will be taken.
9: If a player witnesses a staff member abusing their powers please report it to Steffix. Abusing is not tolerated. The punishment for abusing is a derank.
10: Do not spawn or spam kill during a PVP event! Punishment is likely to be jailed.
11: Advertising of other Byond games is not allowed! This includes but is not limited to: linking players to another server/game, and talking about the game to invite people. If you wish to invite someone, a friend or whatever to another game, do it in PM. Otherwise, advertising or posting game links in global, or other chats will lead to a mute if not following staff's orders. If you continue to advertise a longer mute will be put in place.
12: If a Captain is seen to be abusing their verbs a Staff member will be entitled to remove them from that squad
13. Players are not allowed to become Captains on more than one save file. If a player is seen to be Captain on more than one save file they will be demoted. If this continues you will be removed from Captain again and placed in jail for a set amount of time.
13.1. If you're Captain on another Byond account you will have to justify your reason
Punishments for breaking Rule#71st Punishment = One hour in Jail
2nd Punishment = Five hours in Jail
3rd Punishment = Ten hours in Jail
4th Punishment = -50 levels
5th Punishment = -50 levels
6th Punishment = -100 levels
7th Punishment = -100 levels
8th Punishment = -200 levels
9th Punishment = -200 levels
10th Punishment = Player Save Wipe!
