I think that for v3 it would be better if that when you fully charge Getsuga Tenshō, it goes through enemies, allowing you to hit more than 1 at once. Or make it go through enemies in general or half charged.. at least some way to make Getsuga Tenshō something better. Almost every other shikai has better skills, and Getsuga Tenshō is kinda bad. so, maybe once Charge works in V3 you could make it so it goes through enemies? I hope you can consider this, because it needs a buff, because I put ALL my points into str only, and yet it's still not that strong.
