Human:
I was thinking a lot about the human one to set them apart from Soul Reapers/ Quincies and other, but then I thought, hmmm... Wouldn't it be nice to be able to be two at once? Like in the Anime/manga Ichigo was a Vasto Lorde sometimes and a Soul Reaper. So, maybe at a certain given point, one can gain Vaizard, and once they get to another point they will be given Vasto Lorde, but at a much higher difficulty. But this would probably be for something like level 600 or something.
Another thing I wanted to suggest, The body, what if instead of something like a Gigai, coming out and disappearing, instead it stayed there, and the only way to go back to your normal form was to back track back to your body and press TAB. This would add a whole new layer to the game, giving it a dynamic view of the game. As for when he comes out, he will need to be in a white Kimono, he has no weapons or anything of the sort, so he will need to constantly be hit by other reapers or hollows to gain a soul reaper form, but be careful, if he dies while he is still in his white kimono, he will turn into a hollow permanently and you'll have to start over, but once he gets his bleck kimono, it'll be fine.
But what if you want to become a Full Bringer? In that case, you don't get out of your body, instead, keep taking damage from your opponent to level up to a full bringer! Once you become a full bringer you will be given one of the powers from the anime to support your full bringer powers. Once you reach a certain level your full bringer powers will level up and make HUGE damage to opponents. But once you have your Full Bringer powers, you won't be able to use all your moves indefinetly, kinda like the Mask time once you're Vizard, you need to keep using your powers to level them up, like in Sado's case, in the anime, he could only do one of those beams once or twice each time, after that he had to wait a while, but after he kept training with it he got more from it then ever. Or like Ichigo when he was a Full bringer, different levels as to his Full Bringer.
Soul Reapers:
Byakuya could summon these HUGE swords form the ground as an attack to an opponent, or he will bring up swords from around him, and his field of Zenbonsakura will expand by a lot! And as for another attack, his final attack against Ichigo when he surrounded his Zanpakuto with this white light and using it to attack another, this could take away ALL his rei, and do massive damage, but once you level it up it'll be about 10% less then how much you need.
Hitsugaya could have a massive wave of outward ice, freezing anyone on the screen, he could also have an ice sword that pushes his attacks higher.
Ichigo, this one is going to be good, we can put in his Final Getsuga, with Final Getsuga in his Bankai slot on like the bottom right and such. As long as he has the Final Getsuga on him, he will lose Rei little by little, about 1 rei per a quarter of a second. He would be massive in speed and have massive attacks and have the final Getsuga on him, he will be amazing, and just be amazing overall.
Element boosts:
So far I haven't seen as of late much of elemental gain from anything, like fire doesn't really burn anyone in your Zanpakuto, or blindness is not in your Zanpakuto either when you're dark, it's kinda weird, but whenever it is fixed, I suggest elemental boosts that will make your Zanpakuto's element higher, and have a higher chance on having these effects.
Subscription:
Subscibing to the game is awesome! So why not instead of just editing the color of your Kimono, but the actual Sprite/icon itself, this will gain a major intrest in the community and have a bunch of people want to subscribe.
Captains:
For normal Captains they should have white cloaks, as for Zero, I suggest the negative of the color, make it black with white lining for it to stand out and say, Hey! I'm from squad zero, make sure the colors don't blend in to the Kimono that's inside the cloak. And if you're a subscriber, you can edit the color of it to whatever you want.
Kon:
Kon could appear in a random part of the map and if you talk to him he will give you a random gift for your troubles in finding him, after an hour of waiting he will spawn in again and you need to find him again.
Qunicies
Give them the bow that Uryu has now that can shoot a ton of arrows at an opponent
